**Job Summary:**

Position is responsible for daily routing and monitoring of technician dispatch activities for field operations. This position will monitor/adjust technician quota, routing, and compliance with the ETA/TOA workforce management application.

**What you will be doing:**

* Monitor and adjust technicians routes as needed

* Perform daily routing of resources within a region

* Monitor OFSC Compliance for the field operations workforce

* Assist technicians with issues that may arise during an activity

* Communicates with supervisors and managers about operations and / or Operations Specialist issues

* Receive inbound calls from technicians, internal associates and customers.

* Uses software tools to manage a variety of tasks to support field operations OFSC, Footprints, Q-Manager, Microsoft Office application, etc.

* Place outbound telephone calls to customer as necessary to confirm date/time for service call visits or gather additional information related to service problems.

* Special projects as assigned by the department supervisor

* Zendesk ticket

* Other related instructions/duties as defined by the associates supervisor, subject to all applicable state and federal laws.

**What You Need For This Position:**

* High School Diploma or equivalent is required

* Experience in computer based order entry systems

* Proficient with MS Word and Excel

* Strong planning, organizational, and follow up skills

* Excellent people and process management skills

* Good analytical and communication skills, sound judgment, and the ability to work effectively with multiple department staffs

* Ability to recognize priority issues and escalate accordingly

* Ability to learn new processes and procedures

* A drive to win as a part of a team
