**Summary and Mission:**

As a TAPCO Member Service Representative you will be the face of our credit union. You will be charged with providing excellent member service by going the extra mile to greet members, make them feel welcome and engage members to learn about their financial needs. Youll be joining a team who enjoy coming to work to make a positive impact in their community.

**Summary of Key Responsibilities:**

* Accurately process financial transactions in a timely manner.

* Identify opportunities and refer products and services to TAPCO members.

* Contribute to branch goals and support current business priorities and initiatives.

* Accountable for achieving sales and service related goals and objectives.

* Resolve member related issues and recommend solutions to best fit their needs.

* Adhere to all policies, procedures, rules and regulations required for position.

* Performs drive-up functions and night drop duties.

* May be required to work at other branch locations as needed.

* Depending on experience will perform additional duties.

+ Opens accounts

+ Receive and process applications for consumer and mortgage loans. Meets with applicants, explains credit policies, provides guidance and verifies application data credit criteria.

+ Understand and sell GAP, mechanical breakdown warranties, and payment protection plans.

+ Responsible for branch opening and closing.

+ Registered as Mortgage Loan Originator with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS).
