ProPath, one of the largest completely physician owned pathology practices in the country, seeks an exceptional Inventory Control Clerk to join our thriving practice. **Days: Monday - Friday**

**Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM**

The Inventory Control Clerk will be responsible for managing all internal inventory locations and supplying assistance to the supply chain/distribution teams.

**PRINCIPAL DUTIES:** Those duties that are performed regularly to accomplish the purpose of the job. This is not an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities, but rather a general description of the work performed by this position.

* Maintain warehouse inventory and restocking

* Maintain inventory documents

* Maintain laboratory supply locations and restock as needed

* Work effectively within a team-oriented department and company

* Order entry and fulfillment of phlebotomy supply orders

* Perform cycle counts for laboratory, client, and office supply inventory locations.

* Maintain inventory documents

* Distribute internal mail

* QC internal & external requisition orders prior to final packaging.

* Receiving inbound freight and verifying against purchase orders and supply documents.

* Assemble client test kits and prepare client reports.

* Monitor service window and receiving door

* Performs other tasks as assigned.

* Maintain confidentiality of employee, patient, client, and company records/issues.

* Maintain compliance with department and company policies and procedures.

* Maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.

* Maintain confidentiality of employee, patient, client and/or company records and issues.

* Communicate effectively with all levels of management, co-workers and clients to provide quality customer service.

* Represent ProPath in a courteous, professional manner at all times.

* Adhere to department schedule to meet workflow demands.

* Work overtime as needed.

**EDUCATION/KNOWLEDGE:**

High School diploma or equivalent required. Basic computer operation skills. Understanding of inventory management. Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with co-workers and management personnel.

**EXPERIENCE:**

Minimum of one year of work experience preferably in a warehouse environment. Inventory control experience preferred.

**MENTAL, PHYSICAL OR ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:**

Some lifting/bending but not over 50 lbs. Concentration using a computer to accurately enter information.

**WORKING CONDITIONS:**

Warehouse environment and exposure to hazardous materials. Will work at computer station and telephone as well as in a warehouse environment using a pallet jack and hand card. All ProPath safety policies and practices are to be followed and are a condition of employment.
