**Floral Customer Service Rep**
Florist Richmond, Virginia Minimum Experience **Entry-level** Floral Customer Service Rep
Reports to: Wendy Morton (Floral Manager)
Hours: 2-3 days a week from 8AM to 5PM (extra hours during holiday weeks required.)
Responsibilities:
* Answer all florist phone calls.
* Process all incoming orders in a timely manner for that day.
* Confirm all deliveries daily.
* Work longer hours during holidays (Christmas, Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Thanksgiving)
* Reply to all florist emails.
* Reconcile floral statements.
* Process outgoing invoices/statements at the beginning of every month.
* File all paperwork.
