**Essential Job Functions:**
* Coach, train, counsel, and evaluate performance of team members against company production, safety, quality, and management standards
* Manage team members to insure productivity, safety, and efficiency levels are obtained and communicate status of objectives to team
* Inspect product to insure conformance to quality, engineering standards, and customer requirements
* Resolve issues through root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
* Execute quarterly improvement projects in the assigned area
* Perform duties of assigned area
* Complete and maintain all associated electronic processes paperwork (including but not limited to checklists, stamping, blueprints, bar coding and including shipping material)
* Continuously improve departmental housekeeping and 5S standards
* Perform duties in accordance with current Quality Management System, Safety Management System, and Manitowoc Code of Conduct requirements
* Actively participate in safety training and demonstrate competency by effectively resolving safety issues or bringing them to the attention of management
Qualifications - External
**Job Requirements/Working Conditions:**
* High School Diploma required
* 3-5 years experience preferred
* Maintain 90% on scorecard
* Complete understanding of commonly used concepts, practices and procedures within a manufacturing environment
* Complete understanding of job flow principles and impacts of events in delaying downstream processes
* Good verbal and written communication skills within the English language
* Basic computer knowledge
* Familiarity with lean manufacturing, 5S, safety, and quality standards
* Ability to think analytically, possess mechanical aptitude, and perform root cause analysis
* Basic understanding of carrying out human resource duties
* Stand and walk on concrete up to 100% of work day
* Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch
* Lift and carry up to 35 lbs alone and over 35 lbs with assistance
* Ability to use hands to reach and to handle or feel
* Ability to work over 40 hours as required
