The ***Warehouse Administrator*** will be based in ***Fremont ,CA.*** In this position, you will report to the ***Sr. Logistics Manager*** . The Warehouse Administrator will be responsible for a ssisting with all warehouse/ receiving/ shipping activities at Nextracker Fremont.

**Here is a glimpse of what youll do**
* Ability to type, utilize telephones, computer applications such as work-processing, spreadsheet, presentation and database systems.
* Requires good organizational skills, follow-up and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
* Ability to write simple correspondence, effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situation to other employees.
* Monitor AXIS inventory accuracy.
* Make sure all implemented process are being followed.
* Monitor picking accuracy and provide feedback to management.
* Must have strong excel skill and overall Microsoft experience
**Here is some of what youll need (required)**
* The ideal candidate must have two (2) years Warehouse/Inventory Control experience.
* Only current contractors working at Fremont CA facility will be considered.
* Must have experience with providing root cause for inventory discrepancies.
* Must be able to work independently, with little to no supervision.
* Must be able to follow through on assigned task.
* Must be able to work flexible hours if needed.
* Must be able to work overtime on very short notice.
* Must be able to work weekend when needed, could be consistently.
* Must have Forklift driving license
