**JOB DESCRIPTION:**

Fogg Filler is seeking a talented Customer Service Representative for their Holland, MI location to manage multiple product-focused service projects with specific responsibilities for the planning, organization, scheduling and implementation of field service installations of Fogg products worldwide. Focus is to provide great service which will enhance equipment sales, both new and after-market. Responsibilities include:

* Coordinate and dispatch, in a timely manner, products and/or services necessary to install, repair or replace Fogg equipment worldwide at customer locations. Including new, remanufactured, existing machinery, and/or warranty work.

* Responsibility to stay customer-focused providing complete and total customer satisfaction.

* Maintain Fogg service calendar to monitor service contracts and arrange service trips for these jobs using the resources available while keeping all departments in the factory productive.

* Must be available to take after hours on-call responsibilities. Currently 1 week per month of 24-7 on-call service availability, this could be subject to change depending on work flow and on-call policy. Must be able to work weekends and/or holidays, if an emergency occurs.

* Travel and provide start up assistance for new installations, as required. Valid Passport will be required.

* Prepare documentation and work orders for parts to be fabricated by the factory. Including follow up to insure any additional parts are shipped to the customer.

* Document parts used on service trips for inventory and billing purposes, and all service and warranty requests, including travel, and man hours per job. Time, mileage, and expenses must also be documented to insure complete customer billings.

* Debrief Service Manager / Director of Sales & Market immediately after service trip discussing information pertinent to general sales activities and new sales opportunities. For example, new packaging lines being added, competitive equipment and activities, and market trends.

* Work with Engineering to design specialty items necessary to complete an order. This may involve systems, and/or parts necessary to interconnect Fogg equipment with existing customer equipment.

* Prepare estimates and documentation materials for classroom/formal training as required.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS:**

* Ability to handle mechanical multi-task problems that may be encountered on service trips.

* High School diploma, and 5 years manufacturing experience. Skills must include welding, parts fabrication, installation of machinery, and conveyor work.

* Working knowledge of plumbing and electrical components and ability to follow machine installation to conclusion.

* Travel required a minimum of 15% of the work year.

* Able to lift a maximum of 50 pounds and be in good physical condition.

* Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

* Must have knowledge of CAD. Must have PC/Computer skills, which include knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications.
