**Kalins Indoor Comfort** has been providing quality heating & air conditioning services to the communities of Sioux City since 1921. Today company has three locations and continues to serve the Siouxland area and Southeast South Dakota offering outstanding service and the most reliable and efficient equipment.
Currently we have a job opening for a Customer Service Representative, who will be the Voice of Our Company**.** This role requires a genuine and friendly phone voice and personality. Someone who's easy to talk to and likes helping people. It also requires multi-tasking and strong computer skills. You will be taking incoming calls, booking appointments, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. Training is included in the position.
**Work Schedule:** The work week will consist of four days 8am - 5pm and one day 10am - 7pm Monday through Friday, plus every five weeks a working Saturday from 8 am to 12 is required

**Required Qualifications:**
* Ability to function in a fast paced working environment with frequent interruptions
* Knowledge of industry is recommended but not required
* Computer skills
* Excellent Phone Skills
**Daily Duties:**
* Take incoming customer calls.
* Schedule and coordinate all service calls as calls are received.
* Respond to all messages left overnight.
* Follow up on all pending and recommended work with customer utilizing the pending work log.
* Help Comfort Advisor with marketing issues as directed.
* Support Comfort Advisor with Sales processes as directed.
* Update customer files as information is received from installation (extended warranties, equipment info, new customers, birthday tickler file, etc.).
* Maintain customer history files in database.
* Update service database from service ticket.
* Contact current customers to update them on new products and services they may be interested in.
* Happy calls / customer surveys.
* Other duties as assigned.
