**Summary:**

The full time Interpreter Schedule/Coordinator is responsible for scheduling interpreters, overseeing the interpreter and client schedules, and communication with interpreters. In addition, also is responsible for building relationships with potential clients and managing relationships with current clients, as well as adhering to the company values of connect, understand, deliver and quality. On-call coverage for some nights, weekends and/or holidays is required. Extreme attention to detail, multi-tasking, time management skills, clear communication, and dependability is imperative.

*This position is mainly remote with occasional time working in our Lincoln, NE office.*

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

* Full time hours, Monday-Friday, 10:00am-6pm with occasional shift changes to cover for others

* Schedule interpreters in online scheduling portal , managing schedule and making sure all appointments are covered

* Strong customer service skills required for working with clients (potential and existing) and interpreters/vendors, managing relationships with both.

* Communicate with interpreters and clients via phone, email, text

* Communicate with staff to make sure shifts are covered and information of the previous day is relayed

* Train interpreters on various activities, including online scheduling system as needed

* Answer phones and route calls, monitor email and texts

* On-call duties for nights, weekend and/or holiday coverage required (shared duties)

* Participate in weekly meeting

* Assist with reaching revenue goals of company

* Increase relationships with existing and potential clients, upselling when possible

* Set up and train clients on using online scheduling system

* Set up clients for phone interpreting

* Special Projects - may be involved in special projects such as research projects, video testimonials of clients, etc.

* Manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with the ability to deliver by deadline

**Minimum Requirements:**

* **Education/Degree**: College degree preferred or equivalent customer service experience of 2 years or more

* **Years of Experience**: Over two years of experience in customer service and/or account management/sales

* **Writing and Verbal Skills**: Effective communicator in both areas. Proactive communicator.

* **Computer Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Must be comfortable with new technology and systems - able to learn quickly.

* **Other Requirements:** Extremely client focused, positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, problem solving ability, ability to effectively interact with many constituents, ability to work as part of a team, proactive go-getter/self-starter, and ability to work independently in an at-home setting.

* **Able to work from home: quiet, dedicated work space, computer with high speed internet connection - experience working from home in prior position preferred.**

* **Able to cover on-call hours nights, weekends and/or holidays**
