Responsibilities include:

  • Prioritizing tasks to meet expected deadlines and maintain an accurate inventory
  • Schedule and track all inbound and outgoing inventory
  • Manage an accurate inventory of warehouse materials
  • Ensure materials are delivered to job sites in a timely manner
  • Assess and recommend ideal shipping methods, routing, or carriers to meet necessary parameters, specifications, and costs
  • Responsible for keeping the warehouse clean and safe
  • Responsible for facilities and equipment maintenance
  • Develop and implement warehouse operations system improvements by leading continuous improvement projects and by analyzing process workflow, and space requirements
  • Additional responsibility as needed
Qualifications and Skill Requirements include:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years verifiable warehouse management experience (construction industry preferred) in a similar role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlooks, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Ability to prioritize and meet the day-to-day demands
  • Valid driver's license and safe driving record
