Our Customer Service Representatives are responsible for handling incoming customer service calls, performing follow-up call and emails, data entry and other tasks necessary to ensure customer satisfaction. You would act as a customer liaison to assist with ordering and providing product information. You will research and provide product details to customers and resolve any concerns that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency. You would listen to or read about customer problems and complaints and suggest solutions. In some cases, customer support representatives might refer customers to supervisors, especially when handling complex issues or situations.

**Primary responsibilities include**

* Process incoming customer orders via phone, online chat, email, etc.

* Provide customers with order status, tracking information and return status.

* Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and follow up to ensure resolution. Keep records of customer interactions.

* Perform data entry and work on various types of different projects as needed.

**Ideal Candidate Qualifications include**

Candidates should have excellent people and communication skills and be able to provide problem solving solutions to issues. Candidates should have great computer skills and be able to multitask.

**Physical Demands of the Role**

This position requires the majority of the shift to be seated at a computer terminal. This position will have frequent keyboard use throughout the day and viewing a computer screen for a long period of time.

**Salary and Benefits**

Pay range this position is $15-$17 per hour depending on experience. Typical workdays start at approximately 8:30 am and generally conclude at 5:00 pm, but could be extended during seasonal peaks or as workload requires. Earlier start times and weekend hours may be required.
