We have an immediate opportunity to join our company. We are currently seeking a full-time Administrative Inventory Clerk in the Hospital Partnership Department at our Tracy office. This individual will be responsible for maintaining the integrity of the insurance inventory by completing all related transactions accurately and within allowable time frames. Must Communicate effectively to all concerned parties regarding inventory issues and provide support to the field as necessary.

This is not a warehouse position.

Job Responsibilities: Opening and closing OrthoChoice and OrthoAlliance accounts Issuing Delivery and Purchase orders through the MedERP system. Research requests for increases, decreases, and product restock. Confirm all transactions to requesting party. Generate Inventory and Cash Pay lists Issue RAs as requested for consigned inventory. Includes account decreases, miss-shipments, defective items, closed accounts, etc. Contact vendors to obtain new item information and/or resolve issues. Submit new items/accounts to be added to MedERP as required. Advise on in transit items as directed Price buyouts Make recommendations to reduce inventory and prepare to result in RAs. Provide tracking Other duties as assigned.

Requirements: High School Diploma or Equivalent Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook 1-Year Office Administration Experience Strong Data Entry Skills Must be Detail Oriented
