with The Fountain Group. We are a national staffing firm and are currently seeking a Manufacturing Technician for a prominent Pharmaceutical client of ours. This position is in Framingham, MA Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
- 1 year assignment with potential for extension or conversion.
- Pay: 18.00-24.00/hr. Possible flex in pay depending on experience.
- Shift: 6AM-2:30PM EST. Some OT No weekends.
- Shut down week is from 25, DEC 2023 - 01, JAN 2024. This team will likely not work during this period, and it is unpaid.
- Must have aseptic technique experience.
- Pharma Manufacturing or biotech experience preferred.
- Familiarity with standard operating procedures, manufacturing documentation and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and within team (role will work with upstream and downstream team).
- Worked in the Biosafety cabinet, working outside the hood, working with the prep of buffers and media preferred.
- Performs routine tasks in the areas of equipment preparation, buffer preparation, media preparation, labeling, fill and finish.
- Prepares and autoclaves equipment for tissue culture, purification, and filling.
- May serve as witness of routine unit operation tasks for batch record signing.
