** Position Description**
**National Group Fitness Coordinator** City and State **NC - Charlotte** # of openings **1** *****This position is eligible for a recruiting incentive of up to $750.*****
We are currently seeking a **National Group Fitness Coordinator** to work at a high profile companys fitness center located in **Charlotte, North Carolina.**
****Position Responsibilities:****
* Maintain a professional visual display for each individual virtual Group Fitness class.
* Ensure that the virtual Group Fitness classes meet operating standards and fit the culture of the site, the client and Workplace Well-being as a whole.
* Keep all virtual Group Fitness classes running smoothly through promotions, schedule changes, instructor changes and/or substitutions and payroll processing.
* Partner with Site Leader to ensure the inventory of technology for streaming of the group fitness classes is functioning properly.
* Perform the tasks of a Group Fitness Instructor when necessary.
****Requirements:****
* Bachelor degree in Dance, Exercise Science or similar background with one to two years of management experience.
* Two to three years of experience in Group Fitness, Personal Training, corporate health promotion, wellness or related occupation.
* Current CPR /AED certification.
* Current nationally recognized group fitness certification.
* Ability to multi-task, and execute time management and problem-solving skills.
* Must be knowledgeable about the industry with the customer skills to network, engage, and interact with all clients, guests, and participants.
* Must communicate professionally using appropriate vocabulary and grammar to obtain and relay information to and from clients/guests.
* Competent with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook).
