Howmet Fastening Systems is seeking an Customer Service/Accounts Coordinator Representative to analyze customer orders, data management and resolving customer issues by working with our Inside Sales representatives and various departments. **Key Responsibilities** :

Enter and edit all necessary orders and changes as required into operating system.

Review proper inventory allocations vs. customer backlog to determine allocation of parts operating system.

Review and manage weekly specific customer backlog reports for reconciliation and opportunities to ship product.

Assists Sales to access EDI (internet customer portals) accounts for specific customers and the processing of orders as required

Takes information from customers regarding order discrepancies.

Handle difficult customer related situations and find solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Coordinates with other Howmet Sites and third party vendors to provide response to customer inquiries.

Follows up and coordinates with other Simi Valley departments to provide response to customer inquiries.

**Qualifications**

**Basic Qualifications**

* High school diploma.

* 3-Year minimum Customer Service experience.

* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

* This position is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) which requires U.S. person status. ITAR defines U.S. person as an U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (i.e. 'Green Card Holder'), Political Asylee, or Refugee.

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Proficiency in MS Office applications such as Excel, Word;

* Intermediate spreadsheet, database and other software application skills

* Knowledge in sales or customer related roles in aerospace fasteners or related industry.
