**Description**
General Shale, Inc., the nations leading brick and masonry materials manufacturer, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative for our Knoxville facility. Successful candidate must acquire an in-depth knowledge of General Shale products and interact professionally with customers in a fast-paced sales environment. Responsibilities will include:
* Inside sales
* Invoicing
* Answering the phone
* Data entry in SAP computer system
* Cash sales
* Liaising with outside sales team
* Manual handling of product
* Prepping material for deliveries
**Job Requirements:**
* 2-5 years customer service experience; inside sales experience
* Associate or Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or related curriculum preferred
* Must be a self-starter who possesses excellent PC skills; knowledge of SAP a plus
* Strong communication skills, including both written and verbal communications
