Petroleum Service Corporation is looking for individuals to join our team at a safety oriented facility in Beaumont, Texas as Material Handlers. Experience is not always required and we pay for on-the-job training for this full-time position. These positions work in an industrial environment and are responsible for the collection of site generated waste for recycle and disposal in a chemical plant.
**Work Schedule**: Training - Monday to Friday 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM / After Training - 10 hour shift 4 days a week
**Pay Range:** $16.38 / hr. - $21.50 / hr.
**Job Duties & Responsibilities:**
* Organize warehouse materials, ensure materials are properly stored
* Inventory Management, both electronic and manual, daily/ weekly/ monthly
* Safe operation of forklift, golf cart, pickup truck to perform job functions
* Define, collect, and prepare for shipment site generated waste for recycle/disposal
* Decontamination of equipment/ materials
* Spill response/ decontamination/ remediation
**Job Qualifications:**
* Must be able to perform light mechanical work (hand tools, power tools, replace filter elements, etc.)
* Must be able to follow OSHA safety standards and be safety conscious at all times
* Must possess a valid TWIC card & drivers license.
* 18 years or older and legally able to work in the U.S.
* Stable work history with good references from past employers
* Pass a drug screen, physical, and background check
* Speak fluent English

**Physical Requirements:** You must be able to:
* Speak, write, read, hear, and have good vision
* Regular on-site attendance and punctuality is required
* Work outside in environmental conditions which at times include extreme heat or extreme cold
* Wear all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) without restriction and pass any medical examination associated with the use of PPE
* Lift 60 pounds floor to waist
* Push and pull 30 pounds horizontally
* Carry 20 pounds while walking
* Climb stairs and ladders
* Stand 8-12 hours per day
* Extend arms through normal range of motion while standing and squatting
