**JOB DESCRIPTION:**

As a Customer Service Representative (Bank Teller), you are the Banks front-line ambassador in delivering stellar customer service. CSRs are a critical role for the Bank and represent our brand. Successful CSRs have a calm confidence, yet are outgoing and engaging. The ideal candidate for this position has a head for numbers, great organizational skills, and meticulous attention to detail. CSRs process large sums of money and multiple transactions per hour, so its imperative they work accurately, quickly, and with a smile. Our CSRs develop lasting relationships with our customers and promote other bank services and products through referrals.

* Provide the highest level of service to every customer.

* Maintain a cash drawer including taking in/giving out cash and balancing.

* Accurate and efficient processing of transactions.

* Receive loan, safe-deposit box and credit card payments.

* Process cash services.

* Redeem U.S. Savings Bonds.

* Identify customer needs through qualifying questions and refer appropriate services, products and digital options.

**EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:**

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Cash handling experience

* Customer service experience

* Accuracy and meticulous attention to detail required

* Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills

* Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and programs with working knowledge of Word and Excel

* Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously, meet deadlines, and show flexibility to change direction when needed

* Team-oriented and the ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization

* Service-oriented, polite, and respectful

* Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills

* Ability to take direction and instruction and follow through independently until project completion

**HOURS:**

Some extended business hours.
