Famous Supply Customer Service Representatives work with builders to coordinate delivery of material to Famous customers.
**Primary Job Responsibilities**
* Process, schedule, manage, and release customer orders for delivery
* Reviews customer requests for warranty material and facilitate resolution
* Manage relationships with contractors, builders and Famous associates
* Manage phone/email requests from customer field personnel
**Preferred Experience and Skills**
