* No Cold Calls

* No Sales Calls

* Hourly plus Bonuses

**Responsibilities and Qualifications:**

* Answer calls from our own customers and Set Appointments

* Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.

* Provide customers with information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resource.

* Participate in team and process training sessions keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.

* Utilize our computer tracking system daily.

* Previous Customer Service experience a plus!

* Excellent computer skills a must

* Valid Drivers License required
