The Member Service Representative is the face of MemorialCare Select Health Plan and impacts member's service experience by how customer service inquiries and problems via telephone, internet or written correspondence are handled. The MSR is solution oriented and maintains a positive caller experience at all times.
* Minimum of two years experiences in a transaction-based environment such as a call center or similar environment.
* Experience in a managed healthcare environment, preferred.
* Excellent communications skills including the ability to write and articulate in a clear, concise and persuasive manner to effectively present ideas with ease.
* Demonstrated ability to handle multiple administrative tasks with attention to detail.
* Basic computer skills, including general knowledge of MS Word and Excel applications, type minimum of 45 WPM. EPIC/Tapestry Preferred
* Excellent time management and punctuality
