Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related.
Registered in NY preferred.
Ability to oversee Project Managers and Project Architects.
Significant years on one or more projects-commercial, retail, schools, healthcare, civic, etc.
Can take a project from start to finish in a team setting.
Responsible for technical resolution and coordination of a project.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or revit.
Exceptional client interaction skills.
Project Architect capabilities-CDs, SDs, and DDs.
Ability to add a creative flair to new projects.
Team player and excellent communication skills.
