**Description**
Primary function is the responsibility to provide excellent customer service to both customers and sales representatives. This position requires an ability to adapt to process change, solve problems, and multi-task.
**RESPONSIBILITIES**
Heavy telephone and e-mail contact with customers and sales representatives concerning orders, shipments and pricing.
* Manage assigned key accounts.
* Order entry of new orders as well as revisions to orders.
* Process customer returns, credit requests and documentation of customer complaints.
* Order Management discipline
* Maintain a calm and pleasant demeanor at all times.
* Communicate with internal partners to expedite orders.
* Achieve and maintain in-depth working knowledge of product uses and functions.
* Handle customer requests.
* Assist with special projects when necessary.
* Other duties as assigned within the scope of the requirements and responsibilities of the job.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
* Minimum of two years of customer service or related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and AA degree or equivalent.
* Required proficiency in Windows, Excel, Outlook and other MS Office applications.
* Required attention to detail, problem solving, customer service
* SAP experience required
* Must possess great communication, listening, team work skills
* SharePoint, Smartsheet experience preferred.
