**Key Qualifications**
* 8-10 years experience: previous ad agency, design agency and/or in-house marketing.
* Ideal candidate to have rich background in retail in-store experience, e-commerce, and/or leading cross-agency campaign or ecosystem experiences.
* Partner with cross-functional teams to develop, plan & execute Product and Services experiences across Retail Stores and The Apple Store Online.
* Proactively drive, establish new processes and deliver results throughout a highly matrixed organization.

**Description**
We are seeking a self-motivated, hard-working and flexible individual to manage and lead initiatives for the Apple Retail Store and The Apple Store Online. This role will focus on elevating both the in-person and online customer learning and purchasing experiences for Apple Products and Services. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing customer experience strategies, managing the creative development process, fostering cross-functional creative collaboration, leading presentations, driving the approval processes, and spearheading analysis and learnings. **Education & Experience**
