**We are currently hiring for:**

**Job Title Warehouse** **Lead**

**Job Summary:** The Warehouse Lead is responsible for ensuring that the shipping members have all the resources needed for production. The Warehouse Lead is also responsible for maintaining a productive and efficient process. Ultimately, the Warehouse Lead will serve in an assistant role to the supervisor in labor management, evaluating processes for improvement, identifying opportunities to improve yields, and most importantly, organizing the assets and resources necessary for a successful production department.

**Job Responsibilities**

* Maintain proper Product quality

* Maintain pace with dock speed

* Operate machinery

* Operate PIT

* Identify and fix process problems

* Understand and perform scanning procedures

* Consistent auditing and maintenance of all production equipment and machinery

* Effective management of all production team members

* Understand and be effectively capable to conform to each specific role of the production process

* Complete all paperwork correctly and in a timely fashion.

* Effectively communicate between employees and supervisor.

* Ensure a work safe environment that complies with USDA, OSHA, and WLF policies

* Perform all duties within GMP standards

* Adhere to PPE policy

* Other duties as assigned.

**Job Requirements**

* Must be able to read, speak, and write English.

* Must be able to do basic math.

* Must have decision-making skills during stressful work environments.

* Must be able to prioritize tasks and duties in order to start the shift.

* Must be able to work overtime and weekends.

* Must be able to work in cold/freezer conditions.

* Must be able to lift up 20-50 lbs.

* Must be able to stand and walk for entire work period.

* Must be detail-oriented to the overall production environment.

* Must have effective communication skills.

* Good personal hygiene.

* Must be able to problem solve.

* Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.

* Ability to adjust quickly to changing demands.

* Computer skills including Google Suite.

* Ability to lead, motivate and develop others.

* Candidates must successfully pass post-offer/pre-employment drug test and background screen.
