Role Overview:
As a member of our customer service team, you are the first point of contact for our customers and their first impression, setting the stage for our relationship with them. You will assist in booking service appointments and gathering customer information and concerns while doing whatever is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.

You'll work with a team of Customer Service Representatives, Dispatchers, office team members, and our technicians to deliver outstanding service to our customers.

  • Engage and assist with our customers, building rapport, and resolving concerns while promoting our services.
  • Convert incoming customer calls into booked service appointments.
  • Perform outbound calls to existing customers to ensure satisfaction and generate interest in our trade offerings.
  • Use resources to assist in evaluating job urgency levels, solve problems, and help communicate with customers our process.
  • Participate in training to maximize efficiency and elevate customer experiences.
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our database.

Requirements:
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, and typing skills.
  • Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build trust, demonstrate empathy, and work well on a team.
  • Highly motivated, flexible, and have a positive attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Outlook as well as our CRM software.
  • Team focused.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • On time with a stellar attendance record
  • Minimum of 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a professional setting.
  • Typing speed of 50+ WPM and ability to learn new software quickly.
