Location: Gurnee, IL, US, 60031
* Grow the support function of the customer service team to best service customers
* Positively manage and respond to customer service phone calls and emails
* Quickly provide information to customers about products, services, fulfillment, and orders.
* Work within company computer programs, including ERP and CRM
* Process replacements, return authorizations, freight claims, and carrier requests
* Develop product expertise on existing product lines and positively contribute to new product development by leveraging information from customers and competitors
* Cultivate a welcoming and motivating atmosphere
* Maintain a healthy performance score on websites
* Recommend continuous process improvements for customer service, order processing, and fulfillment activities to enhance the customer experience.
* Develop vast knowledge of products and parts
* Other tasks and requirements that may occur in the general course of business

* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Intermediate typing and general computer skills
* Ability to adjust to changing business conditions and learn new processes
* Ability to troubleshoot and solve issues with limited information using basic processes and judgement

* Ability to evaluate and balance workloads through effective time management, prioritization, and organizational skills.
* Demonstrated track record of customer service and successes through eCommerce
* High School Diploma
* Inside sales experience a plus
* Intermediate experience with Microsoft Outlook preferred
* Previous experience with ERP and/or CRM systems preferred
* Beginner level of Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES** : * Ability to lift 20-30 pound boxes and product samples
* This position does not require the use or operation of special equipment
