We are currently working from home, but plan to be back in our office with a mix of in-office and work-from-home days.

Customer Service Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic, hard-working professional with a solid education or background in customer service and a desire to work for a fast-paced, large corporate organization. In addition to customer skills, you must have a roll-up your sleeves attitude.

The challenging responsibilities of the position include:

* Enter orders into SAP with accuracy and attention to detail

* Educate customers/sales reps on the Medline processes

* Monitor high volume email box and respond to customers/sales reps questions via email and phone

* Provide backup support to answering 1-800-Medline phone calls placing orders, tracking shipments, assisting with returns, etc.

**Qualifications**

* High school diploma or equivalent

* Previous Customer Service Experience

* Excellent Communication
