**FOH Service Team Member**
An entry-level position, a Burger Monger service team member job provides the perfect opportunity for hard-working individuals to develop the skills required to be successful in the foodservice industry.
Primary Responsibilities:
Primary duties for a service team member consist of taking orders, preparing meals, packaging food items, and ringing up guest purchases.
Secondary duties for service team members include preparing food and ingredients, opening and closing the store, and cleaning.
Working in a Fast-Paced Environment:
Service team members must keep the kitchen counters, dining areas, and bathrooms clean, neat and organized at all times. The work environment is busy and fast-paced at Burger Monger. Service team members must work with a sense of urgency and know how to keep themselves busy during all hours of the day.
Requirements:
While prior foodservice experience is not required, its highly preferred. Successful service team members will need to show a demonstrated commitment to hospitality by putting the needs of the guest ahead of their own.
Salary and Compensation:
Burger Monger service team members earn an average base pay rate of $8.56 to $10 per hour. Additionally, service team members are eligible for tip-sharing. Tip share compensation varies from week to week, but can add an additional $1-$3 an hour to the base pay rate. Service team members may use an employee discount on food and meals off the menu.
Burger Monger also incorporates a flexible schedule, with scheduling preference going to team members with open availability and proven dependability.
