This is an opportunity to utilize your technical expertise in the calibration, RF, and electronics fields working for an international company with revenue of nearly $3 billion and room to grow.
Our client is an international electronics group specializing in the fields of electronic test equipment, broadcast and media, cybersecurity, radio-monitoring, and radiolocation, and radiocommunication. They have locations across the world, and they are looking to add more military experienced talent to their organization.
Your tasks:
- Conduct on-site or in-house repair of equipment to ensure it meets high standards of performance
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions and performs repairs
- Understand complex RF system architecture and apply that to diagnostic process
- Represent the company in a customer support role and is responsible for customer's satisfaction with equipment and servicing
- Accurately prepare daily logs and reports of work performed, including hours spent and inventory used for each assignment
- Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects
- Effectively communicate with customers in a professional business environment
Pay scale: DOE, benefits are fully paid for by the company, overtime eligible.
