**Description**

**Responsibilities:**

This description represents the most significant job duties but does not exclude other work duties that may be assigned as needed.

* Follows all safety procedures, rules, and guidelines; and notifies the supervisor of any existing or potential safety issues.

* Work within E21/ERP system and have good working knowledge of computers in general. (excel, Word, Microsoft office/email)

* Follows all standard operating procedures and notifies the supervisor of potential procedural improvements.

* Accurately, thoroughly, and legibly completes all documentation related to this position.

* Monitor inventory for shipping area; boxes, dividers, wrapping, banding, etc.

* Cooperates with and supports co-workers and gets involved as a team player.

* Confirms inbound material shipments are checked in and verified with Pack Slip.

* Receives inventory into Oracle.

* Completes daily work orders to turn coil into RAW Screen Frame

* Maintains cycle count schedule and prints out daily cycle count sheets for the cycle counters.

* Responsible for ensuring inventory is at the lines.

* Maintains correct inventory tables/labels where the inventory is being stored for clear and concise counting and daily picking.

* Responsible for reporting defects and unusable product in a timely manner to ensure a timely replacement.

* Ordering Non-Inventory materials; Materials necessary to build screens but not tracked.

* Orders non-inventory items.

* Sets up LTL shipments for I/C shipments where needed.

* Validates shipments prior to leaving facility.

* Tracks non-conforming materials monthly from start to finish.

* Reviews daily report from purchasing to confirm materials running low and or error in on hands.

* Works with Water Spiders and Material Handlers to control inventory at the lines.

* Creates Standard Work for each Water Spider to create routine for consistency at the line.

* Works with the lines, on occasion, to see if the materials brought to the line should be stored differently.

* Other administrative duties as assigned per location.

**Qualifications:**

* High school education or equivalent.

* At least 3 years of related warehouse and inventory experience.

* 6 months forklift experience; ability to pass OSHA required practical and written exams

* Working knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.

* Strong organizational skills, with emphasis to details.

* Proven ability to perform detailed work requiring high levels of concentration.
