We're looking for a Customer Service Representative, working in Banking/Finance industry in Scranton, Pennsylvania, United States.

  • Assist customers with questions or issues regarding their accounts received via phone and/or correspondence.
  • Call and send emails require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures.
  • Use computerized system for tracking, information gathering, and/or troubleshooting.
  • Research issues or transfer to a research function.

Experience Required for Your Success
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Trade or banking background a plus.
  • Advanced knowledge of the organization, products and/or services.
  • Good communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask.
  • Strong client service skills.
