Summary Of Responsibilities:
  • Answer phones, Direct calls to appropriate staff, take messages (give Quotes over the phone and schedule cleanings)
  • Be the point of contact for the technicians in the field
  • Assist technicians (mapping, questions, check-ins at deep cleans)
  • Assist with follow-up sales calls, follow-up calls, and confirmation calls
  • Print forms and create all packets in advance, maintain an inventory
  • Create gift card sets, gift sets
  • Send birthday cards, sympathy, and other correspondence
  • Maintain birthday schedule, gifts, recognition, referrals
  • Maintain social media accounts (posts and ads)
  • Check vacuums, clean, maintain
  • Order equipment and supplies, manage inventory
  • Empty trash, keep office neat, and organized
  • Manage uniform inventory list
  • Create uniforms and promotional items as needed
  • Maintain records and monthly stats (sales, cancellations)
  • Fill out the Business snapshot (weekly)
  • Fill out Business snapshot (monthly)
  • File paperwork, handle and purge historic filing
  • Run errands
  • Prepare Onboarding packets, New hires books, and new equipment
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (35 - 40 hours)

Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience in Google Drive
  • Microsoft Office - Excel, PowerPoint Point and Word
  • Some experience in accounting
  • Database use
  • Experience using Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
  • Ability to read, speak, and write English
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs or more
