**Essential Job Functions:**

* The successful candidate will approach this role as a business partner to the Operations and Sales Management teams

* Handle EPM products & services through a complete order entry process

* Take incoming calls from domestic customers (distributors and end-users)

* Confirmation of product order and pricing

* Provide reference information on Competitive products

* Provide Certificate of Analysis, proof of deliveries and any other order related information to customer, sales, or operations

* Work closely with Operations and Sales Management teams

* Process Customer Complaints in the database

**Required Education, Experience, and Skills:**

* High School diploma

* 1-2 years of experience in a fast-paced, customer service environment

* Well versed in all Microsoft Products: Excel, Word, Outlook

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Strong mathematical skills

* Good organizational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail.

**Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills:**

* Work well with a variety of individuals

* Calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, proportions and percentages is vital to success in this role

* Must be able to interface effectively with all levels of the organization
