PLZ Aeroscience is the North American leader in specialty aerosol and liquid product manufacturing. The PLZ family of companies specializes in the development, manufacturing, packaging, and distribution of a comprehensive line of contract fill, branded and private-label products. We formulate, blend, fill and package more than 2,500 branded and private label products including , , , , , , and for home and industrial use.

We are hiring a **Customer Service Representative (CSR)** to provide excellent customer service to both customers and sales representatives. Engages to perform relationship management, escalation support and conflict resolution. Manages inquiries and escalations in a manner that meets or exceeds expectations and drives a dynamic customer experience. Proactively identifies opportunities and executes and implements solution that will benefit PLZ and our customers.

* Supports Order Management processes and activities for PLZ.

* Must be able to resolve significant business challenges using independent judgement while balancing the customers request and PLZs values.

* Heavy telephone and e-mail contact with customers and sales representatives concerning orders, shipments and pricing.

* Manage assigned key accounts.

* Order entry of new orders as well as revisions to orders.

* Process customer returns, credit requests and documentation of customer complaints.

* Order Management discipline ensures orders are reviewed daily and proper action is taken to resolve issues.

* Respond to order inquiries in a timely manner and if delayed, update the customer and/or sales team appropriately.

* Maintain a calm and pleasant demeanor at all times.

* Communicate with internal partners to expedite orders.

* Achieve and maintain in-depth working knowledge of product uses and functions.

* Has a proven track record and possesses a strong understanding of the manufacturing supply chain and contract manufacturing processes.

* Assist with special projects when necessary.

Qualifications:

* Minimum of two years of customer service or related experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.

* Must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and AA degree or equivalent.

* SAP experience highly preferred

* SharePoint, Smartsheet experience preferred.

* Proficiency in Windows, Excel, Outlook and other MS Office applications.
