Start your new career as a Machine Operator with MAU at Milliken Limestone in Gaffney, SC. As a Machine Operator, you will operate production machinery to produce parts and materials according to customer and company specifications. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity following a 90-day probationary period.

What We Offer
- $13.86 - $19.53 per hour, depending on experience and shift
- 1st shift, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- 2nd shift, 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM
- 3rd shift, 12:00 AM - 8:00 AM

What We're Looking For - No high school diploma required
- Experience with operating machinery in an industrial setting
- Training and development focus, with experience as a machine operator preferred
- Shift flexibility - ability to work 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift, Monday - Friday
- Ability to work weekends as needed
- Safety focus - adhere to all PPE regulations
What You'll Do as a Machine Operator - Set up machines to start the production cycle
- Perform textile machine operator duties, such as creeling
- Repair machine stops
- Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation
- Complete quality paperwork
- Perform routine housekeeping duties
- Perform other tasks as assigned
