**Customer Service Representative - Part Time**
Salt Lake City, Utah / Credit Operations / Part-time **Qualifications:**
+ 1-2 years experience in customer service
+ Financial services experience preferred
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
+ Ability to quickly learn and apply knowledge in a swiftly changing environment
+ Extreme reliability and adaptability
+ Effective worker both independently and on a team
+ Exceptional focus on providing individualized customer support
+ Multitasking capabilities, both physical and technological
+ Willingness to evolve and grow alongside the company
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide inbound phone/email/ support for existing and new clients
+ Provide OUTSTANDING customer service to ensure complete satisfaction
+ Resolve client inquiries and issues regarding our services and products
+ Adhere to operational and compliance procedures
+ Complete assigned operational tasks within targeted service level
+ Maintain high levels of schedule adherence and utilization
+ Maintain high attendance standards
+ Implement coaching and feedback to improve contact quality
+ Perform other job-related duties and responsibilities, such as handling mailed communications
