**Description**

**Customer Service Representative (CSR) will establish and maintain positive customer relationships through processing new inquires, providing new quotations, entering, scheduling, and shipping customer sales orders, and performing other administrative tasks.**

**Essential Job Functions:**

* Acts as the primary contact for client communications, including gathering information and advocating between the customer and production team.

* Develops and maintains positive customer relationships through constant contact with key accounts and managing customer purchase orders and releases accurately.

* Provides support for customers through product design, quotation, order, scheduling, and closing processes.

* Coordinates orders with production and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. This also includes expedited and special customer shipments.

* Assists with administrative duties such as phone & email inquiries, filing, and handling paperwork to ensure efficient office operation.

* Partner with accounting to ensure the processing of customer requests for credit to verify the merit and accuracy of the request.

**Education and Experience:**

* Bachelors degree and/or at least five years of experience in the above areas required.

* Strong Experience with utilizing Business Systems to drive activity and make decisions.

* Experience with Epicor ERP would be a plus.

* Proficiency in Excel to structure, maintain and utilize spreadsheets to make
