* Creation of Customer Service Training Material

* Processing of Customer Driven Returns & Exchanges

* Managing multiple Customer Service Reports

* Data Entry Requirements to support the general responsibilities of a Customer Service Department

* Facilitating Receptionist & Front Desk Responsibilities

**Qualifications**

**Skill Requirements**

* Must be pursuing a degree in related field

* Proficient computer skills

* Must have the ability to plan and coordinate work in a sufficient and organized manner

* Must be able to take initiative and work with little or no direction

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

* The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
