**Essentials Duties and Responsibilities**
* Attends work on a regular and predictable basis
* Log all incoming calls
* Add new residents to the existing LTC customer database as necessary
* Follow up on delivery of requested items
* Answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues
* After hours dispatching when scheduled
**Qualifications:**
* Include specific knowledge, skills and/or abilities
* Ability to read and analyze documents such as customer orders
* Ability to effectively communicate with co-workers and customers alike
* Ability to help with the training of employees
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out oral and written instructions
**Education and Experience:**
* Include required and/or preferred certificates, licenses, registrations, and education
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED); related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
* Computer entry experience necessary
